Dear Sir, It is very painful to me. I have downloaded the app in r/o some information about my OIMEDICLAIM Policy. As because I am a new user of this app I have tried to enter as a 'new user' but unfortunately the system several times rejected to accept my valid mobile number(recorded in my policy) and e-mail id. Thanks. It is just hopeless.
I have installed app for check the plans and calculate of health insurance but when i am select drop down menu it's giving me alert RECORD NOT FOUND after tried 3-4 time it's showing records which is very wiard.. and when i tried to calculate the amount it's showing me server error..
Need to update the app and fix the bugs. Entered all the correct details and end up getting different details at the confirmation page. Entered vehicle registration year 2006 but at the confirmation page it became buy new policy for new car. Then had to call the office and said they will corect it for me if I send the rc book copy. I'm happy with the oriental insurance service but not with this app.
Not possible to renew 3 wheel auto ( ape) ..it's available only with branch..any solutions please.. Policy number 441503/31/2017/71
