Sadly, working with this app has been a pain for me. It keeps saying wrong password, so I basically have to change the password almost every time I need to use the app. I have had to reset the password severally, yet the issue persists. It would be so good if this could be resolved, because I am on the verge of dumping the whole account.

the app is too slow. UI look and feel is okay. the search bar doesnt work as expected. it is too slow. while the reputation of the company is too high in the beauty industry, but the app looks like it has been developed and maintained by some mediocre internz

The app is a disaster. Logging in takes forever and it's a total bore to me as a brand partner. I've ended up sticking to the website whereas the app has lots of potential. No matter the number of updates, it still isn't better. Please fix it.
