Been a customer of Orion since the MATCU days and have been using the app since it's introduction. No problems until the recent update that doesn't have an option for "forgot user id" since I've been logging in with my finger (biometric) for 3 or 4 years. Now I've been waiting on a call back for more than 24 hours since the phones have been busy all week.

The app was working just fine until a couple weeks ago. At first, it wouldn't allow me to transfer funds to an outside account that is linked to my accounts. So I uninstalled the app. Once I installed the app again, that's when everything went crazy. It will not allow me to setup quick access, which was a great feature. When I try to set it up, it just keeps spinning and never does anything else.

I have reservations. While the new layout is awesome, especially when it shows you your full account number, cd maturity dates, interest rates, etc, my wallet was stolen 5/20 and I went to the app to turn off my three debit cards and it was no longer an option. The only thing that showed was card swap, whatever that is. I had to call and talk to an after hour rep while holding for a substantial amount of time to get thru and someone could have placed online orders, ATM withdrawal, anything.

We truly apologize for the troubles. This feature is still being enhanced and due to roll out in a new app version soon. In the meantime of course we recommend that you download the SecurLock Equip for total card controls in a different app. If you need assistance please email to info@orionfcu.com and someone will reach out to you shortly.
