Absolutely useless, would score it zero if I could. Have been a tradepro customer for years, having always used the website to arrange click and collect. Was advised in store to download the app as it is easier. Cant log in, reset password, still can't log in. Logs in on website with no problem so that's what I'll continue to use.

App is broken. (S22, latest android). Links don't work, even the pop up asking me to 'rate the website' didn't load when selected. Search works but you can't add items to basket. Just copy your code and visit website instead. App needs user friendly features like staying signed in.

Keeps crashing when trying to open the discount barcode. It's not the best app to use (even B&Q app is smoother) but the discount for the trades helps. However, if you can't use the damn thing then, why bother. On the last update it says that you've fixed some bugs etc... in contrary, I think you have added a lot more into the app, deeming it useless. Rant over
