Ratings and reviews

Great app for booking or managing your journey. The live trains feature doesn't seem that comprehensive (e.g. real time arrivals, features and platform information). Also might be good to have order to your seat, menu options, diagrams of train carriages etc as useful information in the app.

Doesn't work properly and ends up being an inconvenience. Glitches during purchase, took my money, then immediately cancelled my ticket. I am still waiting for that purchase to become available funds in my bank account. They also take £1 each time to test your bank account. I had to buy from the Trainline, so I am out of pocket twice now until it refunds my cash. It's really sad, but this is exactly why people have stopped supporting small business, nobody has the time for this.

l like the app very much, it's nice and clear and straightforward. I've held back from giving 5 stars as it is difficult to set departure times on the date wheel ( the numbers just lock up and won't move) and for first time user it would be nice if you could buy tickets as a guest, as its a bit of a pain to start registering and thinking of a password in the middle of a transaction. I also like that you will post purchased tickets. Well Done 👍
