Everyone unnecessarily bunched up around annoying kids. Carriage is boiling hot and heard other passengers saying the same ,wanting to cough my guts up every other minute with this air blower pushing around the hot air that is also promoting germ growth.

why can't I choose which seats to book? makes it a nightmare if you're travelling with family as there have been times when we've been randomly split up.

Ok, does the job - apart from one thing. Seat selection, unlike the LNER app.
