This app has so many bugs on my phone (Galaxy S24 Ultra). I have fallen behind on my check-ins due to dread because it's a never-ending struggle. The aligner outline for AI comparison is finally aligned without having to ask someone to take the photos OF me. But it takes forever to upload the photos. I had to close and restart the app 5 times just to get the photos taken, uploaded, and finally sent to my doctor.

Horrible experience. Zero in-app options for support or feedback. Four arms are required to take photos that are inevitably blurry - one to hold the phone, one to hold a light to illuminate your teeth, one to pull back the retractor that then digs painfully into your gums, and one to push the shutter button that the idiot designers put AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN away from your thumb.

I cannot activate app notifications, which are critical to the use of this app because the doctor sometimes sends messages after photos have been uploaded. Additionally, take photos is overly difficult and there should be more flexibility in how these can be taken (like let me flip the screen 180 degrees so my camera has a better angle). Overall, this app makes my life harder. The app also has no info on shipping of replacements and it says that support is available 24/7 but this is false.
