Works as intended. Handy for reporting outages and similar issues. Also, the approximate power restoration times they quote, wait for it, it's not what your expecting, appear to be accurate and sometimes even shorter to restore- never long. It's refreshing to have a power company that actually makes most things easy and accessible. It could be the local crews and support people that give me this impression, but that has been my experience in southern Sullivan County in New York. Kudos O&R 👏

Absolutely broken! The newest version insists on forcing you to re-register your account number with the app but it never allows you to move past the screen asking you to select the account address, as there is no activation button to do so. So you go in endless circles of texting codes, entering the code, trying to confirm the address...back to square 1.

The app is displaying two different bill amounts. It says the right one before i put in payment info then trys to show one for 1.34 after. It'd be nice if you fix it. Id rather not have to deal with your obsolete automated phone service again. Thank you.
