Ratings and reviews

The app freezes with almost anything you try to use on it. Just opening the app and it can freeze half the time. I could not log a meal as there is no way to name what you ate and if you click the picture it freezes. I tried the get support button and nothing happens it just freezes. it seemedto syn with device fine but I have only had the device about an hour lol. The device seems to work fine but the app is an absolute joke.

Doesn't update or keep record of any of your test. Its stuck test 126 and any new you try to add, it won't take it. I will be trying a different testing product as soon as I'm done with the strips I have.

App is easy to use, you do have to sync to the meter to upload reads but I'm ok with controlling what I connect to manually. Data transfer is quick and convenient. I do wish there were an explanation available of the extra icons in the app because it looks like they might be working on a thyroid monitor and that would be amazing!
