This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Adjust the sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™)

• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV Adapters, Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

I was told by the audiologist that the APP was principally designed for an iPhone and might not work well with Android. She was right. Since then the app has improved, but remains a pain. When I take the devices out of charge and open the app, I have to go through tedious song and dance of switching them off and on, switching Bluetooth on and off until the app pairs. I have other devices that pair seamlessly with my phone. Shame this app is not as good as the devices it's supposed to support

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

I have reinstalled this app several times and still cannot open it without the app closing before I can use it. I uninstalled each time. I have turned my phone off also several times. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Please help. Absolutely useless app. Cannot open when I need to. Embarassing in company. There seems to be no useful help available for me. This app is NOT DISCRETE to use at all. I repeat NOT DISCRETE to load and keep running. I do not feel that Option are responding at all.

What’s new

This app version comes with smoother switching between programs. It also lets you find and join available Auracast™ broadcasts directly from the app. Auracast broadcast (available with select hearing aids) allows you to connect to public broadcasts in e.g. airports, theaters, lectures.
