This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

Ratings and reviews

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

Absolutely Horrible. At least once a month I have to re-pair my hearing aids with it because it loses connection with at least one of them. At least once every other month I need to uninstall and reinstall the app because it's unable to pair with one of my hearing aids. I have the Bluetooth television audio adapter. 95% of the time when I connect to the television adapter the app loses one or both channels within 3 seconds of connecting. The television adapter is great but the phone app sucks.

Broken by Android 17. When paired with LE Audio toggled on, the connection constantly breaks with either the left or right aid shutting down randomly, making streaming and phone calls impossible. Eventually, one aid or the other goes down completely and re-pairing the aids is the only fix. With LE Audio off, the aids behave normally except it causes a massive battery drain, making that option also impossible. I am deleting the app and using Android's built-in system menu until this is resolved.
