This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Adjust the sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Zeal™, Jet PX, Zircon, Opn™, Ruby)
• Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services to always be turned on)
• Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
• Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya)
• Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Oticon Zeal™, Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Track your progress with HearingFitness™ feature (available for Oticon Zeal™, Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV Adapters, Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip
• Connect to and adjust an Auracast™ broadcast (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Zeal™ models) 

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

App is terrible, keeps force closing. loses connection with left hearing aid constantly, not a hearing aid issue because I got the first one swapped. tried the connect clip and that's not much better. now for work calls over the laptop I use proper headphones with anc and whacked up to max volume. I can't wait for their replacements to come round, annoyingly I've only recently changed to these, so it will be a long wait.

'find my...' feature: pointless if you switch aids off when you take them out. I don't need to find them when I am already wearing them. And it stopped updating location 2 weeks in. The app devours phone battery life. Hearing Aid Battery status can't be trusted either. Goes up and down more often than the Big Dipper. Can work the volume. But may as well just press the switch behind my ear, it's quicker.

Well. It works but.... The good stuff: 1. Much easier to change volume or mute my aids. 2. Handy indication of Battery state. The bad stuff: 1. The find my hearing aids feature thinks that my aids are 50 m away in the house behind mine (they are in my ears). 2. This app consumed more battery power than any other app. My phone feels warm to the touch and has to be recharged every 2 days instead of 3.
