You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to Android OS 10 or later. To check the latest list of compatible devices, please visit:

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

The app is good at what it does, it connects to your hearing devices and allows the modification of different internal settings. BUT, and it's just a recent thing, my hearing fitness does not want to update my usage times. Whenever I have the devices in my ears, I have the app open, but it still says it cannot get an accurate reading of how long I've been wearing them 🤔 (also why I rated it a 4 star). Other than that, it's a good app.

We’re glad to hear the app is working well for adjusting your hearing device settings. We understand how frustrating it can be when the Hearing Fitness usage time doesn’t update correctly, especially when you’re wearing the devices and have the app open. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, our team will assist you further on this. Best Regards,

The app is worthless for Android OS phones, and impossible for those with a single hearing aid. Because it connects to Bluetooth automatically, I can't hear when people call, as it goes through my one hearing aid in the small spectrum it is correcting. And that's with the phone set as the default device. Leaving BT on won't work, and turning it off causes problems with all of my other BT devices. There needs to be a setting that allows control over Bluetooth connection that actually disconnects.
