About this app

The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.

The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya, if your devices support audio streaming.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things

The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

I updated my phone and the app icon disappeared and I have not been able to find it again. It says that it's available, but I must manually search for it because the icon is gone. I've reloaded it several times, but no luck. Very frustrating! Overall, the hearing aids work, but the Bluetooth works on one side or the other. Very seldom do they both work on Bluetooth simultaneously and then it's just for a moment. Disappointing.

This is my 2nd set of Oticon hearing aids - the first with direct Bluetooth connectivity to my hearing aids. I don't know if it's because the hearing aids are optimized for iOS, but I have a lot of issues with a stable connection through my Android (Galaxy S21). A lot of time I will hear sound only through one hearing aid, or it will start with both and then cut to 1 or cut out entirely. Very frustrating. I tried the Companion app as well, but that one was even less stable.

My hearing aid was paired with my phone at the audiologist's office. It has not worked since I left. I have paired other devices with no issues. I have uninstalled this app, reinstalled with no success. I have followed the instructions on the screen. I read many unhappy reviews about this app. Very unhappy with with this app. I also read multiple apologies from app creator, all of them stating that they were working to resolve the issues. It appears they need to work harder
