app dimensions do not allow for adding a second rider after entering the phone number. the button hides under the home screen buttons and is unreachable.

app is laggy and unresponsive, ui is cumbersome, no ability to update it change password. I tried singing in with my google account but the app crashes. after manually entering my email, it said the email had already been used, and I was not given the option to reset password. I do not receive an option to use my credit card, I must always top up and use the in app wallet. not worth the hassle

App is laggy and unresponsive. I have trouble when selecting a scooter on the map and have to restart the app until it works. While riding, there's an overlay that blocks part of the map as well as some buttons. Ending the ride is a swipe for some reason, which isn't clear enough and is not very intuitive when starting the ride was a tap. Even after ending my ride, it failed multiple times, and I had to reset the app until it worked. I was charged the extra time for that.
