ответ: Перенести историю можно перейдя в бесплатной версии на ИНФО - СТАТИСТИКА - СОХРАНЕНИЕ ИСТОРИИ (нажимаете там кнопку ок) Потом устанавливаете на этот телефон платную версию. Заходите в платной версии ИНФО - СТАТИСТИКА - IMPORT выбирате там файл с вашей историей (он будет виден сразу) и всё.
2) Если после установки виджет не появился в общем списке, перенесите приложение во внутреннюю память устройства андроид, через управление приложениями.
