Stupid Birthday Input Can't use the app till I input my birthday. The only way to do that is to tap backwards month by month. It starts in 1996, but I was born in 1949, meaning almost 600 taps to get to my birthday. Idiotic, who in their right mind would set it up that way.
After weeks of trying and getting nothing but an error message, with zero help/response from 24Hr, I am giving up. I had the previous version and had no issues. Complete fail. Update 1/17/17. After the latest changes still having the same issues. Tech support has yet to respond to requests for help.
Simply doesn't work Won't log in. Not with my original password. Not with the one they sent me in the "Forgot your password" email. And don't even get me started on Scroll backward MONTH by MONTH for 40 YEARS to enter birthday -- UNINSTALL.
Potential but LOTS of bugs As I wrote before: 1. it is absolutely crazy that every time we want to check the class schedule we are forced to we sign in with our password. 2. Can not save filters and I regularly go to clubs that are not among the 10 closest and would like to search for classes there without having to set up a search everything I close the app down 3. Can not search by instructor as it keeps crashing when I try 4. You ignore this feedback & if you try to call 24 they just say it's a 3rd party app & they can't help
So much better! Previously when I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy 7 the app did not work and it was really annoying but this new app is so much better and competent so far no issues and I like the features that connect with other fitness apps like nike + and fitbit to name a few.
Same problem as the others. No matter how many times you get a new password sent it will not allow you to login. Therefore you cannot use the app..
