Ratings and reviews

The app made me create an account and then, once done with that, it took me to a page that explains the two types of memberships. I can't navigate beyond that page. I have un-installed and reinstalled twice with the same results. So I tried to submit a trouble ticket. I couldn't. I received a message on the screen saying that I have been restricted from creating a ticket. Hope OTTB didn't pay for this app development.

The app itself is fairly decent but could use some additional filter features. The one major problem is that it is useless unless you pay an outrageous monthly subscription fee. You can see the horses for sale, but not any information on the seller, so there's no way to find out additional information on the horse or know where to go to see it (except city and state). It would make sense for them to charge a fee for sellers, but doesn't seem reasonable to charge buyers or those just looking.

Super easy to use! It's great being able to find horses, trainers and shippers all in one place. The 4.99 upgrade fee is nominal and I love that a portion of it goes to help my selected OTTB non profit!
