Our bus was 42 mins late. The live bus tracking on the app failed to update this. It just said to try again later. Surely a live tracker should give some information to the delay. We ended up arriving 90mins late on that journey from Amsterdam to Brussels. Poor service with no signage at the stop and only the driver to sort the bus out. Flixbus looked far more professional so will be using them in future.
One of the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't have good service neither have courtesy. I was traveling from Brussels to Paris on 21.10.2017 and the bus was late more than 4 hours. No apologies from the company side and finally left us in Paris Bercy at 2 am mid night when there is hardly any vehicle available on road. I was new to Paris and I was shocked by such incident. I literally spent all the night at freezing temperature on road as train service begins only by 5 am. My first experience with Ouibus was nothing less than a nightmare. Hope they are listening.
Worst app ever , never install it , liar company
Barely usable. Too slow, and network hungry and they promote it to gets 50% off. A shame.
Reading a review about frustating to do payment and you replied it fix now but i got same issue today and i do it twice with different phones, fix it ASAP
