I can't see my e-ticket even with internet connection. It doesn't appear then how can it be scanned?

I was sadly surprised by the fact that the app requires an internet access in order to display the e-ticket previously imported and saved. That is really sad to miss such trivial/obvious/important feature nowadays. Get your "ux designer" out there on the field and get them experience their damn thing. Note: hopefully the bus had free WiFi.
The app does cannot show a ticket previously saved in the app without internet access.
