OurBus is a regional transportation company created to make the feeling of traveling just as good as the feeling of arriving. Since 2016, we have developed a network of intercity, commuter and charter bus services that connect almost 100 bus stop locations across the US.

We identify areas that need better transportation and work with only the highest-quality, vetted bus owners to provide service. Our transportation services bring together people between cities, suburbs, universities or tourist destinations to create a world where there are no boundaries to where people can live, work or meet.

We prioritize convenience, with stop locations near public transportation and schedules based on demand. Save time and money with our direct intercity service or commuter routes.

Passengers can expect to enjoy the amenities of a modern bus with free Wifi, power outlets, comfortable reclining seats, a sanitized restroom and free bottled water.

All tickets purchased on the OurBus App are backed by The OurBus Assurance, the industry's most flexible rescheduling and refund policy. You can get a full refund until 30 mins before departure.

Not the most trustworthy service. Known issue on many Android devices. Customer service is somewhere between unhelpful and hard to get a hold of. Some people have success, many don't. Decide how comfortable you are taking a risk with the app. Worst case, you end up stuck in a random city 😂

Super affordable tickets, extremely clear and informative interfaces (a luxury in the budget bus space, I've found), and every route I've taken has been on-time. The drivers have been great, too! The wifi has been spotty in case that matters to people, but that's never been important to me.

While I would usually give this app a 3- or 4-star rating, it gets 1-star because of the continual pop up notifications telling you to share the service with friends. That is just so annoying. Also, they group all the notifications so you can't just turn off the ads without losing the others. As far as the rest of the app goes, it's fine, but could use improvements. The app constantly signs you out which is annoying. Bus tracking had worked only about 1 out of 7 trips. But all tickets show up.
