I use a different username. however, I have responded to your tech emails and nothing has been done on your end. Update: still not able to change pricing or respond to notifications of renters searching. Update: lost another booking as I didn't get notified of a message. also, I responded to your emails. nobody responded back. Update: Still doesn't work properly. So disappointing! This app could be really great but doesn't work 90% of the time. can't change pricing can't edit, or when edits

App does its job at the most minimal effort. It may need to get refreshed often. Messages will get lost or will also need refreshing. Auto correct has not worked (android), which consumes a lot of time when communicating with renters. I don't have the convenience of using my laptop for the broswer on the go or at every moment when a guest needs assistance.

I can no longer add mileage and generator hours before departure. I can not adjust my calendar to block off days from the app. I keep getting a "new smart match" even though I have declined it or even when I already sent them a message. I also can not "view my listing" as it would look for people besides me. Just as a note for host, they are charging you 20-25(?) % as a host and after 1.5 years I just realized that they also charge the renter 10% of the total in addition to the protection packag
