Ratings and reviews

New update is absolutely awful. Can no longer go through the "return" process till at least a day after the rental is finished. App doesn't allow you to download pictures already taken, it makes you take new ones. But since it's already a day or two later, RV has already been cleaned out and ready to go to the next rental. You can not block off dates on the Android version of the app. So I'm having to use the website (which is NOT mobile friendly) for most things involving the actual rental.

How about using some of the 3 billion dollars you made on fixing the app glitches? I am not getting notifications for booking requests. I don't get them through the app and only sometimes in emails. I've lost many bookings because of this. I've talked to customer service several times, gone through all the trouble shooting... never any resolution. All my other apps notifications on my phone work. Why can't you fix this issue? It's causing lost revenue and very frustrating.

Outdoorsy is little by little dismantling this app. I used to be able to do key exchanges and take photos with an iPad and then that stopped working then but the Android one would work and now that doesn't work anymore. No more booking notifications either. Now I have to use the web version to do anything beyond messenger and viewing bookings.
