Ratings and reviews

As a host I can't start or end rentals in the app. I upload photos and can sign but then there is nothing else I can do in the app. I've contacted customer service and there's nothing they can do to correct this in the app. They were however able to manually override the return for me. I also do not receive notifications when a renter messages me.

New update is absolutely awful. Can no longer go through the "return" process till at least a day after the rental is finished. App doesn't allow you to download pictures already taken, it makes you take new ones. But since it's already a day or two later, RV has already been cleaned out and ready to go to the next rental. You can not block off dates on the Android version of the app. So I'm having to use the website (which is NOT mobile friendly) for most things involving the actual rental.

I use a different username. however, I have responded to your tech emails and nothing has been done on your end. Update: still not able to change pricing or respond to notifications of renters searching. Update: lost another booking as I didn't get notified of a message. also, I responded to your emails. nobody responded back. Update: Still doesn't work properly. So disappointing! This app could be really great but doesn't work 90% of the time. can't change pricing can't edit, or when edits

- Fixing a bug regarding key exchange photos. Photos will now be bucketed into either Departure or Return based on the timestamp of the photo.
