Ok after many attempts I finally figured out why my points weren't showing up. You need to make sure you are signed in and type in your password every single time you use this app. Once signed in everything shows up and it works properly. On the old app I didn't have to do that so I'm very happy and this app is very easy to use once you figure the new format out.

Good App to use inside the store. There needs to be a way to add fuel purchases through the app utilizing receipts as all of the pumps at my nearest Dirt Cheap location do not give the option to scan your card/app or enter your rewards number. Since you are able to earn 1 point per gallon or 1 point per dollar spent in the store I am not sure how to add fuel for points. The app is overall easier to use than just the card. However, activating rewards is confusing without the help of staff.

App needs alot of work. I live in Greenwood, Ms and have a dirt cheap store less than a mile from my house and the app says there are none near me. It's been there about 6 or 8 years. They honestly need to get a new programmer. It needs to be setup so the customer can scan the item and find out what it's gonna cost them before they get to the register and say oh no that's to high and then try to wheel and deal just to get the price down ,but all they are doing is holding up the already slow line
