They accidentally ring up the wrong product. So I emailed them to see if I could return them and get the right one and they said that it's fine but then my car broke down so I couldn't get there so I just never showed up. Later that next day they knocked on my door and gave me the correct product at no extra cost! They really went out of their way to help me. I have never been one to complain, but at this time I just moved and my kids have been having surgery so money is very tight. Thank you!!!

I was using my phone number prior to the app for rewards. I had near 40,000 points and lost them. They could have done a better job implementing the old to the new. Life goes on, all in all, it's a great program to save a few bucks. I wish they would integrate drivers license info into the mobile ID so we don't have to use that also for tobacco. My father in law said he won't go there for snuff because of this. He's 80 and grumpy though.

After trying for over a month to install this app, it was finally fixed. I am looking forward to using it as there is the store right down the road from me! Will give higher stars 🌟 when I have started using it and see how smoothly it works
