Downloaded app and can't get in! Constant loop of verifying my email which doesn't get me past that stage. Emailed support and was asked to provide version info. Also provided extensive explanation of my experience (step by step) and have now been asked to screen record the process. No thanks! Who's got time to continually muck around with all that! Very disappointing experience, and I've noted others have had the same issues for weeks and have been told the next release will be fixed... when??
Generally great app with good engagement by all the local councils and services but... Always asks me to feedback if my snap was resolved giving me only a tiny picture to go on to try and work out which snap and which location it was in. Need to be able to click into the report, view the pictures and location, and choose when to feedback.

It's honestly such a great app, it's well built, no annoying ads, the organisations/councils/corporations/appropriate authorities actually receive your submissions and a lot of the time actually do something about the concerns raised in your post. Plus it feels really rewarding when an issue gets resolved super fast, likely thanks to the submission you made. And the app rewards you too with in app badges/rewards. To sum up, get on Snap!
