Downloaded app and can't get in! Constant loop of verifying my email which doesn't get me past that stage. Emailed support and was asked to provide version info. Also provided extensive explanation of my experience (step by step) and have now been asked to screen record the process. No thanks! Who's got time to continually muck around with all that! Very disappointing experience, and I've noted others have had the same issues for weeks and have been told the next release will be fixed... when??

When using the app to take a photo it's not uploading. This also seems to a waste of time with the city of swan. It takes then weeks to solve the problems unless you keep sending the same thing over and over again. It doesn't matter if what you've reported is dangerous it still takes weeks

You used to be able to use the photo location after you've left that location (ie upload photos when you've gone home) but it doesn't have the location now. How am I supposed to remember precisely where I've been ? All settings are on for location. Something has changed. Happy to send you video screenshot of my issue.
