This mobile app is intended for endurance athletes (runners, triathletes, cyclists, swimmers...) who are followed by a coach. It replicates the same main features as the Overcoaching web app.
As an athlete, you can see your up-to-date training plan at any moment. You may read the details of every training session, mark training sessions as realized, fill every meaningful data, add comments and feeling indicators. You may also retrieve activities that have been recorded by your watch.
Thanks to this app, you can validate a training session right after its end. A few seconds later, your coach is notified about how you felt during training, and you may discuss about it, if needed.
The app allows you to manage your competition history, add new competitions, and add recent results. You have also access to all your conversations with your coach, regarding training or competitions.
This app can be used on devices with Android 4.0 or higher.
An internet connection is necessary to use this app.
