This app is not the best app for listening to audiobooks. There are a few bugs, most of which are device specific. Ex: I can pause an audiobook by pressing the button on my Bluetooth, but I need to open the app to play it again. Also the play/pause on my phone's drop down menu doesn't work. However, the quirks are tolerable when you consider the price. I have never received a bill from them (unless you count taxes), and they don't require a credit card - only a library card.

Not thrilled with the new app. All the librarys have gone over to this app. It is nice to access all 3 local library in 1 app but the search function leaves something to be desired. The thing that I hate is the scroll wheel to go forward or back in an audiobook. There are buttons to jump forward or back 15 seconds. But no ability to skip chapters. I love books if short stories and if a story is boring I like to jump to the next one. The scroll wheel works ok but is impossible to use in the car.

This app is super convenient when used on a smartphone to listen to audio books. I listen to books when I'm walking, driving, or "reading" in bed at night without keeping my spouse awake. I find it difficult to locate the books I want. I've had to search by title, then by author, then try again in order to locate a book that I _know_ is available. And it annoys me to search by author and get only a partial listing and then a bunch of others author thrown in instead of a complete list

What's new

Fixed a downloading issue that caused audiobooks to skip, be missing content, or start playback in an unexpected place. If you have an affected audiobook, delete and re-download it after updating the app.
