I love the catalogues and the features of the app, but there are some really annoying bugs. I will have Audiobooks downloaded for when I know I will not have signal. But when I try to open them the app will try to redownload them and so won't be able to play. The app will also buffer on audiobooks that have not been downloaded. It will say an issue has been encountered and to retry. This is not an issue with my network as my phone is fully connected and other apps work perfectly.

When it works it's fine, when it doesn't Glasgow City Council are slow at responding and fixing the problem. Waited 6 months for an audio book that is spoiling when I open it. All other downloads work just fine. update: had 1.5 hrs of a book to finish, you'd think if a book was expiring the. it would be done so at midnight and not half way through the day. I've been messed around so much by this trashy app that I'm deleting it. it's just not worth the hassle.

3 years on and nothing has changed - this app is still awful! Still won't work on my Kobo, which it said it would - it will not download books to it!! It says things like 'Trending Titles' or 'Great reads Without the Wait' - they are the same titles as 3 years ago!! Whatever filters I apply, the results are pages of graphic/comic books. It continues to be a huge disappointment - so much so, that I have now uninstalled it.
