Love this app!! A++. Highly recommend for anyone looking to access their library's digital content. A lot of their UI updates (since my review in 2020) have made the app much more aesthetically pleasing without hurting its ease of use. Works much better now too (glitches/bugs extremely rare). Grateful that a lot of the controls and visuals have different options to choose from. Tags feature is great. Notifications are also customizable and actually accurate to what I care about. It's great!

Edit : I liked Overdrive better. Libby doesn't display recommendations in a way that's helpful and downloading audiobooks has made them fail for me multiple times, so I have to use data to listen when I'm not home. I wish you could recommend purchases in-app the way Overdrive had it, because then the people who recommended books got first dibs on borrowing. I also don't like that reading Libby books that aren't in Kindle prevents you from listening to audiobooks at the same time.

Easy to add/change your local library, perfect listening experience and controls. It's my second most used app after Spotify—I've listen to everything from classics to new releases to fantasy to memoirs for years, which means it's saved me thousands of dollars in books compared to Audible or other booksellers. LOVE this free app so much!
