Library books! What's not to love? Free audio books through your library, and a fairly seamless download/streaming process.
Good, could be better No direct way to check my holds list withoit going thru several screens. Still one of my favorites!
Good I've been using this app for over a year and the only problem I had with it that initially was compatible with my daughter's tablet, but after a while I presume it was after an update or something now we cannot download books, but still works ok on my Samsung tablet. So for this reason I give it 4 stars. Thanks
Overdrive Your Library anytime Day or Night I've had this app on my IPad since since 2013 then when I got my 1st smart phone downloaded it onto it. This is probably the only app I could not do without, ebooks, audio books without a trip to the library its Great
Why "Device ID" Permission? I use and mostly enjoy using this App. However, I've not upgraded since the "Device ID" Permission was added without any explanation. Maybe it fixes my (and others') main gripe with the App: having to log in to the library EVERY time I use it. If so, please tell us. Like many, I don't relinquish the Device ID permission lightly.
Fine as a library reader... Not a research tool. PROS: opened formats that were problematic with other readers. Access to library material. CONS: no ability to highlight or annotate. Pitiful dictionary. No access to web. No ability to copy texts to clipboard. I guess the Teen rating should have warned me.
