Can't report issue in app. I absolutely love this app. It's great and let's me read or listen to new books. The only issues I have with the app is that when i go to download an audio book, not all the files download and that happened with the last update. The only recommendation it gives is to contact a librarian but I know how to fix it. But they can't fix the app, so having a way to report app issues would be nice. Will change rating once addressed.
It's great that there is a usable app to borrow books. I use it primarily for audio books and it works fairly well for that. I just download Kindle books to my kindle app and read there. Chromecast support would be huge for me and not hard for the developer to do. Useful in app notifications would be nice for things like books on hold that become available. Notification of expiring books etc. Overall, the UI needs a little tlc. I don't care about looks, but the flow and functionality is not intuitive
Really great app. Reliable, no crashing so far. The advanced search function is thorough and has so many different filters to use, so finding exactly what you want becomes simple. The app itself is somewhat confusing at first, though. It took me a while to figure out where my favorites/holds/downloads ended up between the main menu and the library menus.
Could use some UI improvement. I move around a bit so I have more than one library card. I wish there was a way to see all of my checked out books, where they're from, and whether or not they're downloaded. Also, I like that there's a download history, but why is no borrowed history? A few times I've spontaneously borrowed a recommendation, forgotten to listen to it or was finishing up something else, and then when it expired I forgot what it was and I have no way of going back and figuring it out. Overall though, great app. I use it every day.
I love this app for audio books. I get so much more done in my day since I can take my books everywhere with me and listen to them while I get things done. It's especially great for the long 2 day road trips my family frequently take because the stories don't lul me to sleep while I drive like music tends to do. My only complaint is that I don't have access to every single series I might like, but that's not the app's fault. That's just the library I log into.
Am pleased to have access to library. It works very well. Only suggestion is have an even more dim setting for nighttime reading in sepia setting. I Have sensitive and often sore eyes and would like to be able to read more at night time. The black and white doesnt work for me at night. Thank you
