Review from A Google User
Pretty Good This is generally pretty handy - a smooth ebook reader that interfaces well with my library. All of the updates to far have been great improvements on a decent product.
I love this app! Easy to use. And as long as u have Wifi when downloading a book its super fast and your enjoying the book before you know it. Love the night mode. If your like me the white screen bothers you and so u can turn the screen black and then the text is white. Can adjust the wording as big or small as you'd like so great for all ages.
I do really like this app and use it often. HOWEVER, I hate the new update and that you are no longer able to actually renew the book. You have to place it on hold while you are actually reading it so you can be first on the holds list. This was a BAD update. Now I have to wait for it to become available again. I do hope that in the future you bring back the ability to renew the book so we do not lose it after 21 days.
Finding books I want to read from popular writers are not always available. To many hurdles to jump over just to get a book that is shown. Returning a book once its finished I find cumbersome. Will I continue to use this app? Yes this is the one my local library supported. Ease in use is what is needed. So far they haven't gotten there yet.
I use to love this app with a passion and used it all the time. Ever since the new updates I cannot verify my email it makes me put in my library card and pin over and over again to no avail and a book I tried to check out will not open so I can read it smh. I'm going to delete this app for a while and come back to it again later. I'm hoping it will be much better than it is now.
The UI takes a little getting used to. Also could use more fine tuned navigating tools. You can jump chapters or move in 15second intervals, but that's it. Overall the app is great. Free audiobooks from my public library that I can take with me everywhere.
Great app, large selection of books. Reading and listening works great but there are bugs and short comings with the other parts of the interface. It would greatly improve the user experience if while reviewing books in a list you could see without opening each one to see if you left the rating on it previously and whether or not it was part of a series and what book it was in that series
Added Korean language support.
Minor bug fixes.
The app is now available in 15 additional languages.
