They redesigned the usage page and the new version is rubbish. Before you just had buttons to switch between daily/weekly/monthly figures, and gas/electric etc, now there's dropdown menus everywhere and it's so much more fiddly to use. It sucks Seriously, how can anyone look at that new UI and be like "yeah that's better"

Since being moved from sse can't use as app as always get screen we are upgrading our app We are making some updates so you can use our app you can still manage your account on our web site. Which I have to do never had a problem with sse app. Tried removing and re installing on several occasions to only get same message. Annoying and not what I expect as you have had long enough to sort it before change over.

Abysmal. Downloaded the app on 16th December and it has NEVER worked. OVO have over £1,200 of my money and yet I can't apply for a refund because the refund button on the website opens the app and the app only links back to the website. Can't adjust my direct debit down despite the monthly payment being over £50 higher than my highest monthly cost in the middle of winter. Theiving criminal scum.
