Really laggy, often fails to load, I get loads of errors all the time which makes using the app really frustrating. Things seem to move around or not load so I can't find what I need. The adverts trying to get me to sign up to all sorts of new services all seem to load fine though!

Overall not much better, tried to sign in, kicked me out, managed to sign in for the 3rd time, it's slow, not very intuitive. where has the auto top-up gone. I need this! have to use the old app till this has been implemented, if it gets implemented that is. don't get me wrong it looks cleaner. but needs a lot of work to get full use. oh not to mention it still doesn't show the correct balance.

I can't use the app when trying to register because, apparently, the details I've entered don't match my account details. I think I know my name, date of birth, post code and account number. Ovo don't which isn't surprising considering they had the wrong address so I emailed them asking for the address to be amended, and they STILL got it wrong. Now I'll have to waste hours of my time on the phone because something which should be as simple as registering for an app is anything but simple. 😖🤬
