Edit July 2023: still cannot see usage in pounds, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The same issue on the website. Spoke to an advisor who said there is no timeframe for fixing the issue. If you're considering switching to Ovo, I wouldn't recommend it as they can't manage basic functionality. Haven't been able to see usage in pounds for months now - really frustrating when trying to monitor energy usage.

This appears to have been resolved for many users now, please try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if this solves the issue.

How am I supposed to make a payment when your app keeps crashing? Twice this morning I've tried, but it keeps saying I'm being redirected....then goes back to the make a payment now option. Unless you fix this issue, I can't make a payment. The app is useless since you "updated" it. If you don't sort out this useless piece of technology, I'll end up in debt. UPDATE Tuesday October 10th 2023. The bill has been paid, even though this app has tested my patience to the limit.

Downloaded the app when I moved to my new flat. Which was July. The app doesn't work at all. It says, "We're upgrading the app. We've moved your sse account over to ovo, and we're making some updates to the app so it's ready for you." Has had this message since I got the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice.
