THIS IS NOT AN APP, IT IS A WEBPAGE BOOKMARK!!! Just joined OVO from BG but still within my cancellation period! If BG can have a good fully functioning App, what is OVO's excuse for this poor effort??? All menus are greyed out despite demands for my eter readings! No excuses, just listen to your customers or you might lose your "best provider" award this year!!
It was better, It had a feature where you could turn the phone torch on when giving meter readings. This seems to have been removed in the latest version. Response to reply: Unfortunately it is not what you think is right, it is about what your customers want. You have also effectively removed useful functionality for your customers on an app that worked perfectly well before. You have ditched native app support for your own benefit and not for the benefit of your customers.
Can't even see my balance anymore. The online facilities do not work on my phone it keeps crashing. So, I'm having to guess how much I have left. Pls put it bk to how it was! I'm going to have to change company shortly otherwise
From the recent comments it looks like it wasn't the greatest of ideas to ditch the native Android experience for a web one. As an Android developer myself I always resent this idea. I am a regular app user and honestly have missed the native feel.
Never gives correct info. Everytime i log in to see my balance it reverts back to thinkibg i have credit meters do tells me u dont need to do anything. Sick of having to call ovo just to top up my not so smart meters, wish id never bothered.
At the time of leaving this review, I cannot top at all. Whether it be through this application or the website due to an error of somesort. I'm unable to go out as I'm ill, just my luck. You mentioned your team was working quickly to fix it? That was on the third, so could you possibly get around to a fix now rather than later?
