I don't understand the negative reviews. Everything has worked perfectly for me from the day in August when I switched and set it up. I was even able to follow the switching process throughout long before the actual change, and then topping up my account via the app was easy. Loving OVO
My gas usage is just showing 2 days usage and is now 9 days into the month. However the usage device supplied by ovo is showing gas figures up to date. Something is obviously wrong. I have told ovo about this before but nothing happens. Probably time to change to another supplier
Dislike the new embedded web app version of the app. Hard to use, no interactivity or animations, unusual design patterns. Weird UI going on with shadows in strange places. The usual mess that comes from the decision to ditch native platform-targeted development. Looks like they didn't even use react-native to get the 'standard' components. Update: no improvement in the last few months. Buttons are all over the place, text overlapping etc. Real disappointment.
Usually works totally fine but now it won't let me log in. Keeps saying my email or password are incorrect. Quite annoying. Generally it's a really good app. Very easy to use!
Ovo, why don't you listen to your customers and change this app back to what used to be such a pleasant, user friendly interface packed with features? It now is so bland and boring, that's why I have bookmarked the website version and much prefer to use that instead, please give this app back it's full potential.
Been waiting a week, still doesn't work. But they can message you to say your running low. Going back to my original provider. I don't want to get into debt.
