I recently used this app to control an Owl for a recent meeting. The is functionality is very limited and frustrating. Every time my screen closed, I had to reconnect to the camera. Additionally, the ability to pan the camera is jerky as the touch control does not move with your finger, plus the default view has the panoramic view atop the screen. The idea behind this device/app is cool, but not conducive to larger meeting rooms. The app needs better control of the camera and frequent timing out

I don't leave a lot of reviews, especially 1 stars, but this product as a whole is so bad I have to go out of my way to say something as the app alone crashes all the time. The physical Owls reset themselves whenever they feel like it, including in the middle of a meeting. The app never works, it will set an unchangeable password on the Owl. Even if I want to change said password I have to actually use the app, which crashed when I: Select, change name, open app, find, or go to help desk on owl.

Very smooth set up for the owl from my Android phone. When the Own is physically connected to my windows 10 surface I can use it for meeting. I cannot find a way to wirelessly through my network, or bluetooth to connect to the OWL. It seems to require a physical USB connection in order to operate. The App did not enable this to happen. There is no app in the Windows store for my surface. Windows 10 can see the OWL ID through wireless 'add device's search, there is no pairing process enabled.
