The Meeting Owl App powers Owl Labs' award-winning hybrid technology, including the Meeting Owl. Use this app to: register and set up Owl Labs devices, select and adjust device settings, manage software updates, and get technical and troubleshooting support.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, especially 1 stars, but this product as a whole is so bad I have to go out of my way to say something as the app alone crashes all the time. The physical Owls reset themselves whenever they feel like it, including in the middle of a meeting. The app never works, it will set an unchangeable password on the Owl. Even if I want to change said password I have to actually use the app, which crashed when I: Select, change name, open app, find, or go to help desk on owl.

We have had the Owl for quite some time. When we first got it it definitely was better than a lot of other options during the time. Years later however and with a newer owl you have the same issues that have never changed, no major updates to the app or set up to make it better. Many of the issues are supposedly because it needs to be updated and it is supposed to say on the app if it needs to update but it never does. I cannot even try to get it to update.

very poor app. I connected fine, but everything is greyed out so I cannot adjust any settings. best I can tell I have to wait to start a meeting with multiple people in the room before I can make adjustments. so six people have to watch me fiddle with this blasted app at the beginning of every meeting because I can't use the app to get everything set up BEFORE the meeting starts. very unprofressional.
