Service requests: Bringing comfort and a pleasant atmosphere lies at the core of Oxfordcaps’ exceptional development. Keeping this in mind, we have come up with a ‘Service Request’ tab in our app through which you can raise a service request for a variety of services, ranging from laundry pick up, repair & maintenance, housekeeping, or any problem related to Wi-Fi. Additionally, you can also keep a track of your late entries into the hostel, night out approvals, payments, etc. Through the ‘Service History’ tab, you can view all the currently active requests and the ones that are still unresolved.
My account: The ‘My account’ section of the Oxfordcaps App allows you to keep your personal information updated. Other important information such as Parent Information, Emergency Contact Number, and Verification Documents of the student also comes under this section. Because we understand that food plays a key role in a student’s life, this is why we have also integrated the Food Preferences section, wherein apart from choosing between veg and non-veg meals, you can also let us know about any food items that you may be allergic to.
SOS button: Providing a secure environment to students is our top priority. This is why in addition to providing building wide CCTVs and biometric entry on every property, we also have an SOS button placed on the top left corner of the Oxfordcaps App for students that can be used in case of emergencies. When you press this button, a message will be send-off to the property manager and the emergency contacts along with the student’s location coordinates.
My property: Under this tab, you will be able to check the contact information of the staff available on your property. You can get in touch with them via their email address or phone number in case of any issues or emergencies. This tab also showcases the amenities you have on your property.
My room: Our main goal is to provide you everything under one roof. This is why we have come up with the ‘My room’ tab on our app. With this, you never have to print your hostel confirmation again. Your room type, subscription date, renewal date, security deposit, or the room amenities everything is saved under this tab. If you stay in twin sharing or triple occupancy formats, then you can also find the details about your roommate under this tab of the Oxfordcaps app.
