simply a horrible application. It doesn't remember user ID, doesn't remember data, loses track of data, doesn't consistently work. A buggy, poorly written application. This company should be embarrassed. I won't even get into the lack of editing, the poor Bluetooth integration, and it's crummy coverage. I'd return this piece of junk if possible. purchase another product. Support? yeah, right. Don't waste your money.

UPDATE 7/6 - I connected with support and they were able to resolve the issues and restore my previous logs immediately. very satisfied BROKEN app. It worked for about a week and then when I came back after the 4th, the app had updated and changed and now nothing works. I've restarted, reinstalled, checked Bluetooth - nothing helps. All my past logs are gone, it just up and quits mid live scan, and it won't log any new data - which at this point is just my weight.

force closes after update. uninstalled and reinstalled. restart phone. nothing helps. when it starts the body scan on the scale md pro gets to about 75% then stops and shows my weight, the app crashes at the same time. I've tried with my arms at different heights and get the same issue every time. I've only had the scale for a little over a week, Jun 23. When I first used it it worked fine. now nothing but my weight. this is nonsense. go back to the old app! it worked just fine.
