Memory usage need work. this is the second time I reinstalled. can only load when played on landscape not split screen. When returning to game, have to reload again even though the app is put on background.

Just ran into a game breaking issue! The last technology that caps the bottom of diplomacy at 50 needs to be a toggle on & off option or at least a neverending rollover option. Nobody wants to go to war with me or do espionage because they're all capped at 50. I'm pretty far into the game, and i don't want to have to restart all that progress. Also, the tech that makes you a permanent member of the security council doesn't prevent you from getting kicked out when you go to war unapproved.
