Ratings and reviews

I haven't had any problems with the app itself, or with my account. Creating virtual debit cards to use for online purchases is quick, easy, and heros avoid some of the concerns related to the security of my account and personal information. Oxygen makes it easy to send P2P payments, split a bill with friends, keep track of budgets, manage expenses, securely shop online, and even monitor my other banks and spending accounts, all in the same app.

Now I got an email about my acct being inactive & I need to deposit 💰 otherwise they'll close my account by end of the month(EDIT: email sent 10/02, no response.) The new design is cumbersome to use. Cashback was complicated, but now the categories split and switching is harder. I used to get far more cashback, which I understand may be part of why they changed it. Had 🔥 since fee waiver with minimums, now they raised it 💯 and benefits don't cover the fee at all. 😤

Used to love it, t'was my main card. But two things, they went ahead and changed the rewards; I closed one account and they went ahead and locked me out from all accounts, saying that they are closed. Tried to call, but guess what, no customer service, they're closed. No access to my accounts, money or them. Great! Now for sure I'll be closing all accounts.
