oyo is running a scam!!! it happened with me two times, when you book the room on the app it show's very reasonable and pocket friendly price but after the booking once you reach at hotel and start playing amount suddenly the price changes and even you can't pay at the oyo app. When you ask about the issue about changed amount, they start making excuses. Please save your money and use other apps. Don't get mocked by them!!! Worst experience!!! I wouldn't give them even a single star!!!

Worst platform for booking any place to stay. The services of Oyo hotels and stays are pathethic. Don't get excited with the discount offers. The app first attracts the customers by showing hefty discounts however when you reach the hotel the hotel will not consider the booking as a valid booking and will ask for more payments. Was stranded and denied the booking by the hotel at 3 am in the morning when everything was paid in advance. On top of this no help from customer care.

I went to 3 different oyos in 1 night and all of them would not let me enter paying the price I was promised on the app. after the first time I was asked to pay an extra charge, I called the following oyos and askee whether any extra charges would be applied on arriving. Both said they would not. on arriving the manager at the oyo would ask for the extra payment. one manager argued with the oyo agent on call to. I paid extra for that night and used a different app with 0 extra for next 2 days.
