It works very good but from the last few days whenever I'm logging in, the verification tab opens to type the otp code but the keyboard doesn't open. No matter how many times I tried to open the keyboard it doesn't work. I faced this problem this month and last month. I tried almost 10 times. I also reinstalled the app but all in vein. It's a major problem. I've also e-mailed a complaint but no response was given.

The ever worst app among all banking apps. very bad experience in the start. security restrictions will never allow you to even open your account with your own ID password. also one have to wait minimum 2 hours if commit a mistake in password or Name . I've been trying to login since Tuesday morning and unable to login for even first time. and now everything's aligned but it shows blockage again. so much disappointed

Very disappointing experience with the Soneri Bank app and banking services. The system is extremely poor, full of unnecessary issues, and the service quality is below standard. They charge useless fees for almost everything, but when customers make complaints, they only give excuses and false promises instead of solving the actual problems. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would definitely choose that. I am only giving 1 star because there is no lower rating available.
