Widget STILL does not work. Dev in NO rush at all to fix this: I was told by Dev in early August that this would be fixed by the end of August. Now it's November, and still no fix! Widget works ONCE, then dies. So much for 'one click connect'. Funny that in app store listing, shows under WHAT'S NEW that developer is beginning to listen to users feedback. Really? Beginning when?
Needs. Trackpad. Support. By far the most glaring miss in this version. Was deciding to go from an iPad Air 2 to the Google Pixel C, but I am a HEAVY remote user. Having no track pad mouse support delays that Google purchase. Jump team, PLEASE add this!!
Unable to access computer When I open the app, it immediately tries to access "NaN"... what's that? The app doesn't know either, and tells me I'm not connected to the internet and closes! I AM connected to the internet; I never set up a connection called "NaN"; it was working fine before the latest update. Went from 5 stars to 1, since it no longer works at all.
Unfortunately Disappointing Coming from the iOS version I'm disappointed in the lack of features the Android version has. Trackpad navigation was easily the most useful of the options but is not available on Android making this version difficult to use. Though the worst thing is the lack of cloud syncing; syncing my Macbook JD computers to Dropbox does not mean I can add those files to the Android install as syncing is not part of the GUI and .jump files are not supported.
Would be a 5 but has been broken for over month now with Android N. Of course, at first I understood but for developers to have not fixed this by now is troubling. It was one of my favorite apps but no longer can use it.
No longer works on Android 7.1 and its been like this for awhile now. I have given up hope there will be a new release soon. aFreeRDP has proven to be a good replacement.
