Set up your mobile wallet:

Ratings and reviews

signing up for the loyalty shouldn't be this difficult. The datepicker for the birthday forces me to tap the back arrow to go one month at a time! I didn't sign up for months because of that. I finally pushed through with the higher prices and got to a step to select security questions, not to create an account for the app... for the f-ing loyalty number. I'd thought I must have mistapped and was starting a credit card account so I went back. it didn't save the birthdate. I'm not doing that agai

I've only used it twice so far, but the Fuel Forward app was easy to set up to pay through my credit card. It's also very easy to use, and works with most if not all Phillips66 stations in my area. The 5c standard discount isn't great, but it isn't nothing and promotions can give you larger discounts up to 20c off per gallon. My only complaint really is the Kickback Points card they also advertise. It is explained very poorly, and on further research almost no locations participate.

First time using the app and paying from the app. Giving the stars for the smooth transaction. The pump at first didn't register that I was there nor did the app say to start pumping. So I went back out of the app afraid of being charged. Then, I tried again and this time the pump and App synced up and said begin fueling. For first time users, could misunderstand, unless you know how to work the technical difficulties. The app and Pump screens need to sync: get your phone close to the pump.
