The LHW Digital Diary is an Android app designed to help Lady Health Workers (LHWs) maintain records of households and family members in their covered areas. LHWs, who are employees of the health department, use this app to record their daily activities as assigned by the department for routine reporting purposes. The app is exclusively designed for LHWs and is not intended for public use. It does not include any user registration mechanism, and access is only granted to registered LHWs who have undergone the necessary authentication and authorization process. The app is intended for internal monitoring and analysis by the health department related to community activities carried out by LHWs. It functions in both offline and online modes, storing data on the Android phone offline and synchronizing it with a live database in online mode.
