Had some issues when I got a new phone but they were awesome making everything workout for me. And very prompt. Awesome company and love love love the app!!!
I paid $1.99 3 years ago. I got a new phone & now I have to pay an additional $5.99 for the app.
It won't let me make changes to my schedule unless I pay for a premium version. I already bought the premium version.
I can't get old roster off my other calanders I've recently had to change my roster, which worked fine. But now my synced calenders have three different entries in them....my old roster, new roster and the one that was entered incorrectly then deleted. I've tried emailing and sending a message on Facebook.... But I haven't received any help as yet
Great app Had it on my old Samsung s3 paid $1.99 years ago. Worked great. Tried to transfer to my new s7 but wouldn't work. Apparently if you call them they can walk you through the process. Just paid $5.99 was easier. Takes a bit to load my 28 day rotation but works great once it's loaded. Best shift work app out there
One of the worst customer service in the world, I email them more than two weeks ago, they answer two times, one each week, with fixing anything, when they say me that they are going to help me asap. I can't restore my backup, the process force close at 48% on my devices. Moto G, S5, G5, S6E+. Same problem on the all devices. I pay for the In-app purchase, the app is good, but the support service is horrible.
