I was instructed to upgrade Webe mobile app today or else I could not access it. Unfortunately after upgrading I was not able to check my usage balance like I used to using the old app. Live chat also keeps on hang and no response. Like chatting to myself. Email the screenshot of my mobile app to Webe's careline but no response also. Please check the new upgrade is functioning or not before asking us to upgrade. Very inconvenient !
I had a bad day and webe buat hal. Data connection walaupun 4g slow sgt and check speed pun tak lebih 30kB/s walaupun kawan yg lain pakai webe ok je. Nak try contact customer service pun tak boleh. Nak sign in apps pun tak boleh.
I pay online... And not having problem... Alwalys 4g... Mungkin yang kata line ciput tu.. Tengok arealah... Sbb. Memang akui kalau saya blik kg, memang slow... Tapi pkai waktu kerja... Best giler 4G
Latest update is bad. Cant check balance like i used to and not able to close this app. Hope you can improve ASAP. Tq
The latest update made this app become worse. I am not able to check my broadband data usage and i am not able to close the apps. App developer pls fix it ASAP!! -Your app problem is no dashboard to show the broadband data usage such as how much data left for this month. This function is available in the previous version but no more in the latest version. I am not talking about switching from mobile to broadband. -There is no quota bar at Overview and your in-app Customer Service Represent confirmed with me that no such function available in the new app so I can only check my remaining quota from webe website.
Unfortunately, the most important feature -- CHECK MONTHLY QUOTA BALANCE dun have in the app.... Hope they wil add in soon, I know.... u forget.
