Steps to use PDSB Mobile:
1. Download and install PDSB Mobile only via Play Store or App Store.
2. New customers can use the online account opening feature without having to come to a branch.
3. Existing customers can use the registration feature if they don't have a user ID, and the activation feature if they have previously registered and had a PDSB Mobile user before.
4. Minimum operating system requirements: Android 10, iOS 14
PDSB Mobile is equipped with security features such as:
1. User ID and password to log in
2. Biometric login; Fingerprint (Android), Face ID (iOS)
3. Transaction PIN for transaction validation
PDSB Mobile features:
1. Account Information: Account portfolio, Check balance, Check account movements
2. Transaction: Transfer to Panin Dubai Syariah Bank account, transaction history
3. Top up E-Wallet: Gopay, Ovo, Just Link
4. Biometric Login: Fingerprint (Android), Face ID (iOS)
5. Qris Payment: Payment by scanning a QR code
5. Others: Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Branch locations, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah ATM locations, Promos
You can also share proof of transactions via WhatsApp or save it in your smartphone gallery.
