Ratings and reviews

PadelMates has potential as a platform for connecting padel players, but the app suffers from a clunky design and poor user experience. The interface feels unintuitive, with awkward navigation and inconsistent layout choices that make even basic tasks frustrating. Key features are buried or hard to use, and the overall UX/UI lacks the polish and clarity expected from modern apps.

Buggy as hell, cancellation policies not clear, fees added for card payments and they try to make you pay a ridiculous amount of money for Pro, to enjoy features that were basic and included in Playtomic. I wish I never had to cross paths with this app. I will never forgive Rocket Padel Bristol for this

Poor design, lots of delays - overall not a great user experience. Also, notifications don't appear.
