Its starting to get frustrating!!!! After submitting claims file (pictures) and tap next , it gives me an error. when logging in thru the app, it stays loading for a while and then says a code has been sent. Never get the code. Pointless app when you can't log in from the app and frustrating when your in the last step after uploading files, just to get errors. Fix this!!!!!!!!

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced with the new app. Our team deployed an update on April 8 that resolved the issue you were experiencing. You should no longer experience the error when uploading a claim. Thank you.

I have nothing good to say about this app. I have never, not once, been able to upload a claim successfully the first time without SOME problem. Currently getting "communication error". In the past, it has been approving the same receipt for partial reimbursement but not the other saying it was illegible. The same receipt! Or won't allow my photos, etc etc. This app is LITERALLY the WORST. This shouldn't be this hard and it shouldn't be such a hassle to get my own money back.

Doesn't work. Links to submit claim opens phone. Went back and finally filled my info and went to attach photos, it logged me out. They should get rid of the app all together because it is embarrassing, and probably fire or sue whoever made it to get their money back.
