I can see why they don't charge Basically a web browser. On a small screen phone it's virtually impossible to click on the options you want and things don't line up straight. That being said it's great for free. I would gladly pay for one that was well formatted.
Useless...... I connect to my PRTG server from other devices just fine. With this app it just sits and spins on "connecting to server" for well over an hour without even timing out and not displaying data.
Alerts are terrible I love prtg, but this app os nearly useless. The interface is slow and gross. The alerts arent customisable - i want loud long obnoxious alerts when somethings down!
Useful but needs improvement for phone screens This is a great app for keeping tabs on your network remotely if you're using PRTG. For remote configuration you're better off with a tablet or just using the web interface remotely from a computer as the controls on the app are a bit too small on a phone screen at this point. But for checking on things and seeing what's going on it's a phenomenal tool.
Excellent Pretty Neat Brilliant app, been using for a week. All has gone swimmingly. JamesD @ Vibe Running on Galaxy S2
Good try The app is good for notifications but the interface needs a complete redesign. Not user friendly. interface needs to be thumb friendly as well.
New: "Warning" and "Unusual" states can now be excluded from alarms count (=no notifications for these states)
New: Main menu button "Favorites" shows the list of favorite sensors of the PRTG installation
Changed: App now contacts PRTG server to check credentials also when "passhash" is used
Changed: Icons and splash screen changed to match new look&feel of PRTG
Bugfix: App crashed after clicking the "Login" button while embedded browser showed login screen
Bugfix: "Quit" problem on HTC Wildfire
